i love my chi ! i have curly hair & it chi flat ironworks great! with other straighteners it takes an hour or sometimes more but with this one it take 35 min max ! long story short the chi is AMAZING ! i had my chi, and was never really fond of it, but used it anyways. it's only been a couple of months and it's already broken for no reason. it just will not turn on anymore. there are much better flat irons out there, so take my advice and don't buy a chi!!! I have very curly, frizzy hair. This product worked great on me. It did not damage my hair and made my hair stay straight for days. However, I have had this product for about one year and already, it's not working. It only turns on when the plates are pressed together tightly, and so now I have to be careful when I want to use the flat iron so it won't turn off.
